  The staff are incredibly slow because they spend more time talking to each other and flapping about than serving. It's quicker to drive to kilkishen than go here which is a pity because they have good stock. Some of the male younger staff are incredibly rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever.

  Offer that were alwyas advertised all gone before the offer was over very small revived for the offer no personal skill in staff poor customer customer relations for outside customer

  Not a good experience , staff seemed disinterested, shop was difficult to navigate with stock trollies and boxes blocking lanes, 2 staff members on checkouts with over 15 people waiting to be served.

  After checking several sites all of which gave later opening times (21.00) , I and it seems many others arrived when store was closed at 6pm, today Sunday.
  For the convenience of your customers I would suggest you update opening times on Web sites generally.
