  I was really impressed with sports den service. I made a mistake in my shipping address , I called and my shipping address was changed instantly, delivery was within 24hrs and when I needed to return my purchase for a better fit , the replacement was sent equally as quickly.

  After purchasing a gun for over a thousand euros in your shop for my husband as a gift, we ended up going back to your store with a stuck choke that your staff said they could fix and if they couldn't they had a gunsmith who could, that was nine weeks ago and in those nine weeks your staff have searched the shop on one occasion not knowing where the barrels of the gun were, on another occasion they informed me that the barrels had gone home with someone else by mistake, and after all this through loads of phone calls and visits to your shop complaining we got the barrels back today in worse condition they went in NOT FIXED AND ALL SCORED. In those nine weeks your staff never replied to phone calls enquiring about our property and gave excuse after excuse, I have found your staff and their customer service to be utterly appalling and will not be using or recommending your store again.
