Huge store. Loads of items I didn't expect. Just wanted to buy tennis balls. Asked the security guy where to go. Very nice, he explained it very well (4th floor, a bit complicated to find). They had what I needed. Good service.

Staff couldnt care less about there job/customers. Too busy showing off to each other. 3 out 4 of us literally outside now as we lost our patience waiting on sizes.

Big variety of brands, great prices and sales. The staff needs proper training because they move in slow motion specially on the tills, the customer services skills can be improved!

Awesome location, clean and tidy store and huge variety. But please give better training to your staff or provide better working conditions. It feels like they hate their job.

I just couldn't believe the rudeness of staff 3rd September 2017 at about 4pm.

I overheard a member of their idiot security tell staff via radio to keep an eye on ME. like i am a criminal. For the entire time i was in the store, staff looked at me and treated me as tho i was a thief. Twice i purchased items using my debit card which if i was a thief why would i use a card and with my full name on it. Still they followed me around the place. I was also basically accused of switching price tags on a pair of runners. I did no such thing and if they check cameras they will see I AM IN THE RIGHT.

Their bald headed security must be the dumbest in town and i am considering taking legal action against the store. To give my description over a radio where the public can hear and suggest that i am a criminal is defamation of character and slander.

I work for a living and certainly earn more than an idiot security gaurd. Never have i felt so insulted. I have never even come into contact with the Gardai for anything in my life. I am an honest decent hard working man. So angry at this store.
