Simon provides a great workout suitable for both men and women who are looking to either kick up their exercise routine or to start to get in shape! He is extremely helpful, encouraging and he will teach you all you need to know so you do not need to have any previous boxing experience. I always leave with a good sweat and a smile, which is the best sign of a good workout and a good time (plus it is always fun to punch something)!
