  I am speechless. I have been to see the surgeon (unfortunately I don't know his name as he never introduced himself. Quite young fella, 30s/40s) today for a head CT and discussion about wisdom teeth. First impression: this man seemed arrogant from second one. After the CT we sat down and he "explained" the issue and so on. I had a question, he didn't even bother to answer properly and just said "it has to be like that, that's your plan." After I asked another question saying I am really anxious about dentists and this procedure and what could be done, he said basically there is nothing he can do to accommodate or help. As I am genuinely afraid and his reaction didn't calm me down at all, I started having an extreme panic Attack including crying and hyperventilating. What did they do? Gave me a tissue and basically pushed me out of the room into the waiting room. Left me there alone (yes, while I was having this attack) for quite a while. I started to feel extremely light headed, as I was hyperventilating for quite a while. Nothing. I was there alone till I got called to the reception to pay. This could have ended badly. Originally I was happy enough with my general dentist there but after this today I will not be going there again. An arrogant Dr. who doesn't take me serious enough to answer a simple question and clearly doesn't care about my health. No thank you.

  Worst dental practice I have been to, very sorry i spent +€1500 there and then they dont fix there mistake!
  I got a post and crown fitted by them in my front tooth, it became loose within 4 months. They told me there was nothing they could do unless I paid more money. They dont stand by there work like other dental practices do.

  Very friendly and professional service provided throughout my treatment. Excellent and informative consultation before treatment plan decided upon. State of the art equipment is in-house so immediate results (x-ray for example) available. I would certainly recommend Smile Store and will return there myself for any future treatment I might need.

  It took me years to make a decision to get a tooth implant and I made an appointment with SMILE STORE,I am so extremely happy that I did. I have only 1 appointment left to get the crown and I cant wait. I was v nervous and thought that it would hurt, well no way, I never felt anything. I would highly recommend every thing about the practice, professional, kind, helpful. Everybody Laura and Dora on reception(they took the time to inquire after each treatment as to how I was)to the dentists and specialists.are 5 star.. Dont wait or worry just go for it you wont regret it.

  I would be a toothless hag without the skills of the dentists at SmileStore; I can't stop grinding my teeth, despite wearing a nightguard, and they have done an incredible job of bonding and repairing them several times. I'm working on my stress levels, but thank goodness Smile Store can work on my teeth!

  From the minute I walked in the door I felt at ease!! From reception to the chair I never felt so relaxed in a dental practice. I never had much confidence in my smile and after finishing some extensive cosmetic work I can't stop smiling.You guys are superstars:)

  Sent an xray for a quote. Was quoted 11 grand and was refused a breakdown of costs. I was simply told it's 11 grand and that's it. My xray was returned meaning they obviously have no interest in treating me. Have I not a right to know what I am getting for 11,000 euro??? Lady who called was unhelpful and unfriendly.
  I shall take my 11 grand elsewhere as they don't seem to want it.
