I had been in total agony with my lower back. It had not only given me relentless pain for weeks it was really affecting my sleep and mood. So I made my appointment to see Allie at Shine Therapies.
The treatment room is tranquil, warm, inviting and totally relaxing!
With Allie's friendly, professional manner, I felt totally at ease from the moment I stepped through the door.
After a thorough assessment I was given an excellent full massage, followed by some acupuncture (totally painless), and some healing reiki. Then I was given time to rest, in the scented ambience to some relaxing music.
I felt immediate relief and completely destressed during and after the treatment! I thought follow up treatments might be required, however I literally haven''t needed any! Although, I plan to return for a little self-indulgence in the very near future! The perfect, affordable treat for yourself or someone special!
Allie, thank you once again. I can't recommend you highly enough!

I have been using Shine Therapies for over four years and have found Allison to be an exceptional therapist for accupunture and massage.Her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine accupunture points I find amazing with absolutely fantastic results every time. As with all ailments it may take a few treatments to achieve the best results but I must confess I have never been disappointed and would highly recommend Shine Therapies, as I have done to many of my friends, for Accupunture and massage.
