Highly recommend Shields Dental Clinic. The whole team are extremely welcoming, reassuring and endlessly patient with this particularly anxious patient. The practice is extremely customer focused including a kiddies playroom, a relaxing waiting room with huge selection of magazines and coffee station. I am delighted with my new smile and the service I received.

Went for a dental check up on a Saturday afternoon and was amazed at how friendly and professional the staff were. The facilities are top notch which means you're always comfortable whether you're waiting for your appointment on the couch or in the dental chair. I asked if there was a chance they could change the channel on the TV in the lobby to the rugby game and there was no hesitation. Quality staff, comfortable surroundings and easy going atmosphere would calm the most nervous of customers.

I needed to as a tooth had become really bad, the lads here were really good and well able to put me at ease. They gave me a number of options as to how we could sort the problem and we went from there

I first visited Shields Dental with a broken front tooth, 3 days before a family wedding. Conor did a great temporary repair, and walked me through the procedure for getting a permanent implant. I have also had teeth cleaned with the hygienists who are great and did a fantastic job, as I was suffering from gum disease. The staff are very professional and friendly, facilities are excellent. Shields deals directly with DeCare so cuts down on paperwork on my side. Would strongly recommend !
