  Staff have poor attitudes, wanted to print a photo and get a frame. In seriously felt like a burden to staff.

  I wanted to get 3 photos scanned and printed. 2 copies of each photo one in 4x6 & other in 5x7. She told me that it would be €3.50 each for the 4x6 as its a scanned and print. This is ok but then she wanted another €4.00 for another scan and print of the same photo so she could print it in 5x7. It total it would have costed €22.50. I asked her why am I paying for the scanned twice for the same photo and response was that is the way it is. Went down to boots and got the whole lot scanned, edited and printed for €3.15 with great help from staff.

  I didn't feel very welcome and was under the impression that customers were just numbers. My daughter had her photo taken for passport and received just one suggestion resulting in an average photo that meet the standard. For this type of photos I didn't mind that much, I just hope this is not usual approach of the staff.
