A great experience buying our wedding rings in Ryan Thomas Jewellers. Great customer service with very friendly and helpful staff. They gave us plenty of time to choose our rings and had a great selection of rings to suit all budgets. Highly recommend this jewellers. Absolutely spoilt for choice with their extensive selection. Their staff are so obliging and helpful. I changed my engagement ring into a different setting recently, and with their extensive knowledge of diamonds I got the most amazing ring. Love shopping here!

My partner and I went to Ryan Thomas to have an engagement ring (a family heirloom) re-sized and adjusted. They were wonderful in helping me decide what is was that I liked without losing the beauty of the original ring. The product is gorgeous. They took the five stone ring and created a three stone ring and a set of diamond stud earrings that are absolutely stunning. I love the ring but most importantly, the entire process of working with them was easy, kind, and welcoming. There was not stress or pressure, they simply wanted me and my partner to be happy with the final product. I recommend them highly. They are such nice people and they do beautiful work.

I brought my grandmother's ring in to Ryan Thomas to have it re-sized and adjusted for my partner. We were assisted by both Ger and Tommy in this process. They were extremely professional and the final product was excellent. They were very attentive to our needs and were very thorough in ensuring that the final product was what we desired. I cannot recommend their Ryan Thomas highly enough and will definitely be availing of their services again.

Such an amazing team in store, great for all advice. My husband had the assistance of Laura in store to help him pick my engagement ring at the time and i absolutely love it. We then purchased both wedding bands from them again with great advice and service. my husband then bought my eternity ring from them. They are all so nice each and every time i bring in my rings for cleaning. Love it

What a surperb shop. The layout & colouring is incredible making it so easy to see what pieces attracts you. I can't say enough about the staff. They really made sure that I was 100% happy with my purchase and gave me loads of help and attention in assisting me to decide. At no stage did I feel under any pressure to buy. I've been going there for years and they are still educating me in the nicest way which I love. It's definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant shop with great selection and lovely staff. They really know how to look after customers and go above and beyond to ensure you are happy.They listen and understand what you want and have great ideas and experience as to what works best for your budget. I got my engagement ring and wedding ring there and they couldn't have been more helpful. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for jewellery!

Service with a frown, I was given approx prices for alterations and I asked them to call me to confirm the prices, they did the work without calling me to confirm! They are outrageously priced and have terrible customer service.

I have never dealt with such an obnoxious man in my life. A bracelet that
my husband spent €250 on fell apart after 13 months!!! There is nothing they will do and customer service is appalling. If you want to buy a special piece of jewellery for life, look elsewhere. This one sells cheap tat at a huge price

We got married August 2011, we got our Engagment ring and wedding rings in Ryan Thomas.The owners and staff are very professional, friendly and listen to the requirements of customers, their is no pressure or haste put on the custome whatsoever. The show room is very comfortable and inviting with Ryan Thomas, (a proper gentleman) having a vast selection of rings to suit every taste imaginable. This team were and are a pleasure to do business with and have a great aftersales also. I highly recommend you pay this store a visit and you wont need to go Any further as we didnt.
