Not good listeners. Got a ring and it was fairly different from what was said and then not very helpful with not happy costumers. Perhaps it's a good place for little 'cheap' gifts but not for more professional and serious things like weddings and so on.

Not helpful. My fiancé got a Celtic warrior ring there and it was not as described in person. First of all they said the design is the full way around. In reality it is half way around. He also said not to do an engraving which they decided to do anyway and charge full price for. They do not listen and simply get close enough to what you specifically ask for. Perhaps other jewellers might be best. They are nice to talk to however just as anyone trying to make a sale is.

I couldn't rate Ryan's jewellers highly enough.. All the staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Dermot is extremely knowledgable particularly about diamonds and gave us great advice and guidance before buying the perfect engagement ring.
Ryan's jewellers has the traditional family touch of customer service you just don't get anymore in Ireland. Would 100% recommend Ryan's jewellers.response / report this review -
