Shopkeeper on the phone all the time.
Bodhran workshop empty(yes, everyone needs a break and it is off season now. Ok.) instruments available in big numbers. Yes the video was on -we saw a rather old version on a rather small screen.
Music shop is just a small/minor part -the bigger part is for "souvenirs from Ireland" with prices slightly above Connemara - average (our perception)
The tea shop did not attract us either.

This is definitely a must-see, whether you are a musician or not ! I was looking for a good, affordable bodhran that I can actually play, not the Walton cr*p you can find everywhere in Ireland Those are handmade and about the same price as waltons, just to say. Plus the staff is friendly and provides good advices !

In the store you can especially find the traditional Bodhran and you can have a look into the workshop where those drums are made. But you can also buy all different kinds of instruments here. The prices are very reasonable.
The guy who builds the drums was very friendly and talkative. He explained everything about the drums and that has made the visit a great experience. We got a small glimpse into an important part of the Irish culture.
