Terrible service, Wanted two tyres changed. dropped it in at 10 am and they said it would be ready for 2 pm. Came back at 2 pm and car wasn't even moved and it wasn't ready till 4 pm, was waiting for two hours outside the garage. Then they tried to charge me 10 euro extra than the original price they had told me. would not recommend.

Has to change a run flat, came back with 6 price options. Then released the sensor for tyre pressure was broken, he arranged collection from Mercedes same day through his buddy amd installed. Will use again.

Horrible Customer Service. Brought the car in with an issue with power, spent well over 500e changing parts, no luck. Spent additional 140 euro, was told the issue was fixed, left the service, went around 20 metres and the car had less power than before, dropped the car back in was told it will be looked at on a Friday. The car was not only not fixed a week later, but Mark didn't even know who I was or what the issue with the car was. This is hands down the worst mickey mouse garage I have ever been at. I have had no car for 2 weeks, and now I am not only after wasting feew hundred euro but I have a car that is not fixed still and is actually worse off than before being "fixed". Would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Wouldn't give them any stars If I could. Also I just found a screw driver under my bonnet in the engine bay. Wonder how that got there.

Yes I totally agree with the last comment I brought my car down to get my wipers fixed I couldn't drive home and was stranded that's how I came across the place it was raining very heavy they broke in the ice on a very cold morning. They told me it was the motor and 100 euro to fix it so I agreed I hung around and waited for two hours while they fixed it. In the lashing rain. After two hours they handed me my keys I was delighted to be driving away home I turned on the wipers and to my disbelief they weren't working I swung the car back around brought the car back to the garage the mechanic said oh ur wiper linkage gone also!!!! ( He couldn't spot that while he fixed my car and sent the car out broken!!!! Without testing it???) I really wanted to get home so I asked how much for that!? they said they had a part for 70 euro secondhand I agreed they put it in. While they were doing the work I thought I was being taken for a ride and they were con men my sixth sense was kicking in at this stage and boy was I right. I'd my nct a month later I brought my car in and I failed on one thing my wiper linkage. I was furious I just paid 170 to fail the nct. I rang back up quick stop model farm road I told them they said we can't help you. I said give me the number to the scrap yard Wer ye got the part. I rang MC Carthys in Watergrass hill they remembered the part and told me when they gave the part to the manager Patrick he told them it was worn. So I rang them up told them they either replace refund repair my car or I'm taking them to small claims court. I got abuse on the phone was told by the mechanic I was sick of dealing with this for f.sake. I asked for the managers number and he gave me a mobile number I rang it. But it was liam the mechanics number he turned off his own mobile and I got onto his voicemail.I recognised his voice on the voicemail and he also said his name Liam! I couldn't believe it I rang back said I want the managers number eventually he gave it to me. Anyway long story short I got onto him and and he reluctantly agreed to do the Labour for free and refund me for the part. No apology nothing. He was rotten and Very unprofessional a absolute disgrace.So I went away got my own part brought it down for them to replace it. When I handed my car in my number plate was perfect and when I collected it. It was smashed up and broken I think someone broke it in a temper for having to fix their own mess they caused. Very strange! Two weeks later my wipers giving trouble again they are lose and making a knocking noise when I turn them on. I can't open close my bonnet because what ever way they were fitted.I now have to go to my own mechanic to get it fixed. I should have gone to him since day 1. Biggest COWBOYS ever I ever came across seriously give this place a miss. they saw a female coming in that hadn't a clue and they thought they'd make a quick few euros off her. Don't and I repeat use this garage!

Very rarely do I write a negative review. It's always my preference to write about a positive experience but this experience necessitates feedback. Very dishonest they are cheats fraudsters and tricksters bad workmanship appauling attitude once they had my cash. They must have asked their families and friends to write them up reviews on the internet because I can't imagine anyone giving this place five stars worst garage I've ever been to and most certainly won't be going back. If I could give minus 10 stars I would. I'd give this garage a wide birth if your looking for quality workmanship.
