After a nights stay in the hotel I broke out in what appeared to be rash or bites. After visiting the doctor I was informed I had been bitten by bed bugs and was prescribed an antibiotic. I informed the hotel of this and the manner in which they have dealt with me is appalling! I have received no compensation after paying over 60 euro on medical expenses on top of the cost of staying in the hotel! The staff have made me feel as if I am lying, even though a doctor has confirmed they are bed bugs bites, and have done nothing in the way of compensation! I am absolutely disgusted with this customer service and extremely poor hygiene!

We brought our 3 month old and 2 year old and had a fantastic few days. The hotel has pretty much everything you need to enjoy a holiday.
The pool, play zone and playground were a big hit with our 2 year old, as was the on-site cinema.
The staff were all so helpful with everything and so friendly and nice.
We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments. The property is not brand new, but it is very very clean and was very recently painted.
It is also located very close to the beautiful Inchidoney beach, which is definitely a place to visit during a stay here.
I would definitely recommend the hotel for families. Kids of all ages would find something to do here.

Lovely hotel and apartments, clean and tidy with well kept gardens. I noticed painting and gardening being done during stay.. Lovely family orientated hotel with lots to do for kids. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Special mention to Eamonn on reception, very helpful guy. Well done all!

Well located on the outskirts of Clonakilty town, still within walking distance of the town. Leisure centre is connected to the hotel, so do not have to go outside to access it. Lovely restaurant and bar with very approachable, friendly and helpful staff. Located very close to local 3 screen cinema. Also has holiday homes near hotel which I think can be booked through hotel too. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone with kids. The facilities were great but most importantly the staff were friendly polite and helped make our holiday an amazing experience. I brought my two children with me who were bursting with excitment. The staff interacted amazingly with my four and two yr olds. Joking and laughing with them during all their interections and including them in everything. Thank ye all for giving us such happy memories and I hope to return in the near future.
