Where do i start i honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough we arrived in Ireland on Friday 16th October for our weekend stay Emma on reception was so lovely and friendly, check in was quick and very easy we stayed in the house's which were lovely clean and very spacious and very well equipped the hotel facilitates were really good we loved the swimming pool with spa , on Monday we were due to leave unfortunately for us Hurricane Ophelia arrived and our flights were cancelled the hotel was amazing and allowed us to stay for FREE all the staff were incredible making sure we had everything possible we were without power and water and they brought us supplies of water and candles i cant thank you all enough

We stayed in one of the holiday homes for a weekend in Oct. It was big and clean. The floors upstairs squeaked quite a bit when walked on but other than that I couldn't fault the place.
The bar had music both nights which we enjoyed. My 9 year old thoroughly enjoyed dancing to it and the performers were very child friendly.
The pool in the leisure centre was lovely, possibly a bit deep for smaller children but fine for us. I would say that the changing room floors could have been cleaner though. They'd need to be cleaned more often. I'd recommend pool shoes.
Another note for those with small children: the showers are HOT. My 9 year old just about managed them but couldn't imagine a younger child in them.
Over all we had a lovely weekend. The staff were really friendly and I couldn't have asked more from them!response / report this review -

Lovely clean place! The food is great in the bar didn't try the restaurant! The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for your time of stay! The hotel is right on the beach! They have a pool sauna steam room! Have a car park on site! They have kids clubs every day so there's a lot of thing for kids to do.

The best food I've had in some time. I live 45 minutes away but I'll be travelling back just for there steak baguette. The staff are really nice to.

Being a working mom, my time to relax is quite less so we always take a family break on summer holidays. It's our first time to go Youghal, and it's great. The self-catering apartment has just what we need. I love it's beside the sea, very relaxing and peaceful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a perfect holiday to those who want to take a breath of fresh air. We'll definitely go back.

Stayed here for three days, was a very nice visit, hotel was nice with very good food including pizza served from 3 each day. Good bar and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in one of the holiday homes and they were big and comfortable. Sorry walk to the beach which was very nice and a life guard station close by. They was a swimming pool with sauna and steam room. Kids loved it and very close. All in all a good spot for a holiday and the kids had a ball.

A home from home, (stayed in one of the houses).Great place for young children, staff are friendly, Food is delicious, prices are very reasonable. Swimming pool is large and spacious with a really nice kiddies pool, there is a lifeguard on duty which is peace of mind when u have a few young children to keep your eyes on. Gym is great..there are keep fit classes running throughout the day while your children are in kids-club or the cinema. Babysitting service available. The spa is very relaxing when you need a bit of ME time. I have being coming here for a few years now and will be coming back, Rain Hail or Shine 😊 as it's always a memorable hoilday.

After staying in another B&B in Youghal that was a disaster we moved to the holiday apartments in the Quality Hotel and it was a significant improvement! The rooms were clean, warm and simplistic with options to heat further. The bathrooms were clean and well equipped as was the kitchen. Apartment's have a lovely sitting area that was very comfortable and a balcony. My only suggestion for improvement would be better WiFi and possibly more channels on the TV but that's only nitpicking.

Just had a great family weekend away in 5 apartments. Fab location. Very good facilities in apartments. Lovely food and very pleasant staff. Kids all had great time between pool and AstroTurf. Will definitely go back again.

Welcome to the beautiful countryside of Ireland, where it's serene and beautiful. Here, you can wake up to the sound of the cows softly mooing, or possibly roosters. Visit the beach in its backyard and enjoy the quiet lapping of the ocean, or enjoy the brick oven pizza from their restaurant.
