No pin access to the car park. Phone staff telling us it wasn't a 24-hour facility when it is, and difficulty getting out when you don't have a validated ticket with a pre-booking. Something you can't do if you arrive when there are no staff present at 6am.

When I used to park here it was cheaper on the top floor once you validate your ticket. Cheapest place I've found in the city for parking.nice walk over the bridge into the city center

Booked 24hr parking online. No one there to validate my ticket so I ended up paying twice. When I collected my car at night, I was locked in for 20 mins and nobody answered the intercom. Shoddy service all round

Great for parking if coming from Limerick side, allows quick access to Cork city without having to drive through city traffic

Prices are a little high compared to others. The place is very clean but machines on entry are always breaking.

Pre purchased a 4 hour ticket online for €9 no one manning the office at 9.40 or 13.00 so couldnt exchange my ticket for my prepaid on, had to pay another €13 to leave. Not to impressed, also very narrow lanes and barriers. Location is good on the plus side.

Used this car park on the day of the red bull soapbox race. Easy to find and convenient place to park and just a quick 5 min walk to main shopping streets of cork. Price also reasonable for parking of going shopping for the day
