On occasion the food here can be fantasticor awful. Our second last takeaway order was superb, tonight's was awful. Two starters were not as described, containing the ingredients of another king prawn dish not available as a starter. The spicing of the chicken jalfrasi was totally different to the same dish ordered last week while a plain nan bread failed to be included with the order - when i collected the food 20 mins after telephoning there were still no customers eating so they weren't busy and it wasn't noisy when i ordered.
They are capable of producing very good food (a recent leaving party for a doctor leaving the local hospital was excellently catered) but they are not reliable. For this reason i prefer to recommend the Indian Ocean Restaurant on the Quay instead.response / report this review -

Had takeaway from here several times and sat in once.
Food is always top quality. Takeaways are just as good as sitting in. Food is always super hot and fresh.
Sitting in is also a great experience. Staff are very pleasant and cant do enough for you. We love it!response / report this review -
