I had no problem getting an appointment at the practice. The staff was very helpful and the doctor I was seen by was excellent; professional and thorough. The practice itself is very pleasant and quiet. I would definitely recommend the practice to everyone.

While the two doctors are wonderful to get to see them is virtually impossible.
The phone is rarely answered & it seems as though the opening times vary and are never in accordance with any information provided.
The administrations staff all bar one try their best to put you off seeing the doctors & when I recently asked them to fill in an urgent form for a medical card they lost the form then found it strewn under unorganized paperwork!! After nearly two weeks of having it they had not passed it to the doctor to sign even!!! I changed doctors & I would NEVER recommend this surgery unless you like to be kept waiting & rudely treated & over charged!
