Excellent experience! I requested a cab at an odd hour of a day, and when I requested a cab, a driver friendily determined my location; promptly picked me up; and helped me find a hotel at which to stay. Finding a hotel at which to stay required efforts, which the driver happily, wholesomely, and efficiently, made, that were significant. Despite this, the driver ensured that I found an adequate hotel at which to stay, and also, once my ride was over, the driver politely declined acceptance of funds from me that were additional to funds that covered the costs of the ride. If one needs and/or wants a cab experience that swiftly, economically, and efficiently fulfills needs, and that also gives one a pleasant feeling, he or she should summon Paudge's Cabs.

DRIVER CALLED ME A GOBSHITE - HE WAS 25 MINUTES LATE
Called this company at 8.30 am this morning (Nov 3 2016) to arrange a pick up from Castletown into Gorey at 9.30 am. Booking was taken by the driver on duty.
At 9.40am, having heard nothing, I gave up hope that my taxi to work would be showing up and reluctantly blagged a lift of a neighbor. No way was I going to be late for work!
At 9.55am I received a call from the driver who took my booking telling me that my taxi was ready. I told him that he was twenty five minutes late and I had found another way into town. He proceeded to say "Thanks for the phone call, ye gob-shite!" and abruptly hung up. No word of a lie!
I might have felt guilty for the guy driving out all that way if he hadn't have been so bloody rude. Also it would have been appropriate on his part to call me in advance and let me know he would be 25 minutes late. He did after all have an hours notice and took the booking on the agreement of a 9.30 pick up.
3/4 Years ago taxi drivers would nearly have bitten of your hand for a scrap of business. This guys memory is obviously a wee bit on the short side. Plenty of numbers in the phone book, I recommend anyone but Paudge's.response / report this review -

We used these last October and they were very helpful and nice. I'm hoping to give them more business when we go to kilmuckridge in August
