Lovely atmosphere here but unfortunately we were brought the wrong food during a birthday party and only got our correct order (couldn't eat it do to allergies) after everyone else had pretty much finished. Serving staff were great though.

Had the smoked slices of beef and although it looks plain the meat was soft and tender and the accompanying gravy was quite tasty (if not quite enough to cover the amount of meat given) there are probably more strongly flavoured dishes here but this is not to take away from this dish just don't expect it to be a strong flavour

Paris Texas is all you could want for a quick meal and a few casual drinks. They also serve fantastic cocktails and their mixologist is always willing to make what you want. They have an extensive range of on draught beers to choose from. The atmosphere is trendy and relaxing and staff are very friendly and attentive.

If you like meat this is the place to go in Kilkenny. Good food good drinks great for a party. Booking recommended particularly for groups

They got us in even without a reservation,which was awesome, but i recommend making a reservation. This place is very hip and the food is great. Right in the heart of it all in Kilkenny we had a delicious dining experience. The staff was very attentive and the service was great.

Busy, lively, contemporary. The food is TexMex and well priced. Friendly service with a good ambience. My husband had the special, braised beef cheeks, loved it. I had steak, just right. You can choose your own sides. Worth trying out.

awesome location for having dinner, beer and whisk(e)y. The interior is beautiful. Sitting across the bar is an exiting place for whiskey choosing and people watching. The food is excellent, especially the BBQ plate. Folks, you need to come in here.

Great place for food and drinks!!! Staff is so nice and carefull. Our order delayed a few minutes, like in any normal busy restaurant, but the waiter was so nice offering us free drinks to compensate it. The Mexican food is out of this world. Totally recommended.

We went last week and were hopeful after the appetiser, which was outstanding. Both of us ordered for the special, ribs and beef brisket. The ribs were nicely flavoured, but extremely dry to the point of being chewy. The beef brisket was absolutely inedible and resembled overcooked thick sliced roast beef. It was dry, had the consistency of boot leather and had absolutely no smoke flavour whatsoever. Beef brisket should be moist and have a pink smoke crust when cut properly. For a smokehouse, this was poor at best. On the upside, the BBQ sauce was very good. €65 wasted unfortunately. Poor quality control from the kitchen.

Always love coming here when I am in Kilkenny! I have never been disappointed with my food, have had a variety of burgers and nachos and I am always satisfied! A little pricey, but worth every penny!
