Not a very good experience. It was for a waxing treatment (underarms) and my hairs were broken (not a good job). In add we paid one euro in more at the end but it was not announced at the beginning (when we booked the appointment or before to be waxing).

Brilliant place, the women in here are beyond professional and friendly. I only trust Elaine Conway with my eyebrows now as she does an amazing job everytime. Price is good too not overpriced like many places can be.
