Sammy and Paul were brilliant! I had a tile missing from my roof. When the guys came down they spotted that the attic had been damn from the tile and also from cracks in the external chimney. They fixed my tile and my cemented all cracks on my chimney. No delays, no fuss. They didn't have me worried and I was seen to fairly quickly! Highly recommend these lads! Thanks so much again Sammy

Very good service. Discovered rain water coming into the attic along the chimney. They called out, gave a quick and reasonable quote, and had it all fixed in the space of a day. Quality of the work done was good too. Highly recommended.

I recently got my kitchen extension roof replaced by O'Brien Roofing.
Got a detailed quote & a copy of their company insurance before job started. Very pleased with the professional job done , on time and on butget. I have no hesitation in recommending O'Brien Roofing to anybody needing roof work done on their home. They are a very professional company.response / report this review -

Had O'Brien Roofing replace my gutters and upgrade the flat roof over my extension with insulation and felt. When Sammy first came out he inspected the roof, also noticed an issue with the old felt which he repaired it at little extra cost.
Had a good bunch of lads doing the work with good quality workmanship and high quality materials including a warranty. Very happy with the end result, highly recommended.response / report this review -

I have a flat roof which needed to be replaced. O Brien Roofing was the only company I contacted to provide me with a comprehensive quote and copies of their insurance which I requested. The work crew arrived promptly as promised and I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the job throughout the day . So much so I am getting the main roof of my house done with O Brien Roofing.
I was also very impressed that Sammy O Brien arrived to inspect the work later in the day and to make sure I was happy with it.
I would very much recommend them as a quality company to employ. Very happy indeed.response / report this review -

I run a small company a few doors away from O Brien premises & back in June requested Sammy to carry out roof repairs to our premises covering 3 leaks - one particularly serious enough. I was assured by Sammy it would be no problem as they were familiar with the leaks on these types of roof in the estate. He charged €1300 plus Vat & collected payment the next day. (Lads spent less than half hour on our roof)
The next rainy day highlighted the leaks were still occurring. Since June he has made two visits to check / correct repairs , however I had to phone & call up to his offices at least 12/15 times.
Today is the 13th November & I still have the same leaks. Despite asking for my money back - I was informed “it doesn’t work like that “. I had an Engineers write to Sammy confirming the leaks exist still & he politely requested a meeting to see how we could resolve the matter - this also has been ignored.
I had to give the rating of 1 star in order to leave a review - he’s not even entitled to that 1 star. At least in the old days Dick Turpin had the manners to wear a mask when he robbed people.
This cowboy is a member of “City & Guilds” / RCCA / Construction Industry Federation etc I will report his shoddy unprofessional behaviour to these august bodies also - as standards are slipping badly.
Anyone that would like to see his handiwork in my premises before hiring him - is welcome.
By the way - Sammy - I’m not letting you off that easy.

Rarely nowadays do you meet a company that does what it says on the tin. One exception to that slogan is O'Brien Roofing. From the initial phone call to the completed job (removing and re-bedding hip and ridge tiles) was a seamless exercise. Sammy the ultimate professional was on hand all day supervising the work which was carried out to the highest standard. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a first class roofing specialist.

O'Brien Roofing recently did a job for us replacing an old flat roof. Have to say we're really happy with the result. From quote to completion Sammy was very professional and easy to deal with, he knows his stuff. His crew did a great job, arrived early each day, worked hard, and got the roof done with the minimum of fuss. Very neat job too. Would have no problem recommending them.

I have used this company "O'Brien Roofing & Cladding" twice and I believe that their people do a very good job. They are reliable and the work is always done to a very high standard. In fact, some of my neighbours have used this company too after seeing the work done on my house. I would recommend them highly.

Had a few tiles come loose in the recent stormy weather. Got in touch with Sammy and he gave me a very fair price. I was very impressed with the work done and they even cleaned up before they left. Highly recommended.

I have used O'Brien Roofing and Cladding twice in the past twelve months and cannot
speak highly enough of their service, efficiency and workmanship.
On each occasion I had leaks as a result of storm damage to chimney flashing and tiles.
Sammy and his team responded to my calls with a couple of hours - had photos and estimates
within 24 hours - and the jobs completed to total satisfaction the following day.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any roofing job however big small or difficult.

Booked for assessment of problem last week, nobody showed up - rang Sammy and was told he couldn't find my number to confirm appointment. Given benefit of doubt and second appointment made for this week, again failed to show and no call, email or excuse. Beware.
