Friendly and helpful staff, I'd give them 6 stars if I could! Very obliging and professional.

Attended the surgery earlier with my wife for a pregnancy check up. Really delighted with the care and attention she received from both nurse and doctor both very approachable and informative. Overall very welcoming experience from check in at reception to the end of the appointment.

The rudest, worst receptionist I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! She repeatedly asked me questions over and over like she did not believe that I did not have a medical card. Then when I somehow was able to convince her that I am a private patient, she said the practice could take me. Until I told her my home address was outside of Dublin! She then LIED to me stating that it was against regulations for me to see a GP outside of my county. Yeah maybe if I had a MEDICAL CARD WHICH I TOLD YOU I DON'T! Seemingly this practice treats all patients like an inconvenience. After doing my research to confirm that I can as a private patient see any GD GP I please, I called back. Sorry no we are not taking any private patients anymore. Guess she's just ALL AROUND HORRIBLE AT HER JOB. GO SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
