  I ordered a spice bag and there turned out to be multiples of hair within the bag. I called to let them know and all the woman on the other end of the line said was thank you ill let the chef know and that there are sometimes hair in the fryer. They were hesitant to give me my money back. Not great customer service at all and hair in my food Will NEVER buy from here again.
