All the reviews here are biased and probably friends of employees, place is a joke. Turned up 5 minutes late for a 10.40 appointment and was told I had to take a number which stated a waiting time of almost 4 hours. The actual wait time turned out to be over 2 hours. During my time in the tiny overcrowded waiting room they called out many names, most of which were not present. I also noticed that a lady left to the shopping centre probably for a coffee and came back to find her number had already been called and she had to take another one. No doubt this is a regular occurrence given the inaccuracy of the estimated waiting time. I would also like to mention that the man working at the desk told me to go to another test centre in santry as he thought that the wait time there would be less because there are more employees working at the santry location, adding a caveat that he was not supposed to be saying this.

Very well organized centre. You can request an appoinment online and then just go there and they call you on time. If you don't have appointment you can use their standalone ipad to make one.
Staff is very friendly and quick to do stuff. It took me around 6 minutes to renew my Driving licence :-) You can pay with you card at their desk. Waiting area is small so if there are too many people you might wait outside the office but it is fine.
They are opened on Saturday too.
