Good location. We went for the airsoft option for 10 kids. We were booked in for 2pm but arrived at 1.45pm as instructed for the 15 minute intro. The instructor was good, explained things well. Game started at 2pm, supposedly for 1.5 hours. Kids were enjoying the experience until the guns began to run out of charge 10 minutes after the game started. Kids had been told the batteries should last the entire game. All the kids had to come back upstairs to get their batteries checked and changed then back down again. As a result the whole experience for the kids was very stop-start the whole way thru with some guns still failing throughout. We were watching from the viewing gallery and could see the commotion. The instructor was calling the owner, Philip, to get more guns but the owner didn't answer half the time. When he did we saw guns and batteries being brought down to the kids. There was constant stopping and starting, at one point there was 15 minutes of no playtime at all. It was advertised to last 1 and a half hours airsoft but it ended at 3.25pm. Half that time down there they were standing around messing trying to get the guns to work. Even the instructor told the kids that the guns were too old and should be replaced. We were told arrive at 1.45pm so that the 15 minute intro would not eat into the one and half hour airsoft.the owner tried to maintain our airsoft began at 1.45pm and finish at 3.15pm and that he gave us 10 minute extra for the battery delay. We were given no satisfaction by Philip and we were left with 10 unhappy kids and it costing €250.
