  I worked with Stephen on applying for my home loan. I checked with few other banks and none of them could help me reach the amount I'm hopping for. I was under a bit time pressure as the house is very popular and everything need to be done within 2-3 weeks. Luckily I got reference on Stephen in mortgage line, he spoke to me in the phone for few mins and set up an appointment immediately. The first meeting was very successful,Stephen is very clear about the entire road map, timeline and information needed for applying this big amount loan. He gave me the exact expectation on amount of loan I will get. He is extremely knowledgeable, organised and kind person to work with, I feel I could trust him to take over my case completely. During the process, he constantly update me and follow up with additional doc needed. Finally I got the loan approval and get my PERFECT House!!
