Comfortable place to relax with coffee. Food options. Internet available, and usually newspapers. Outdoor seating available.
A cosy and neat little café with friendly staff who know all the regulars. Great place to sit and read, or catch up with a friend. Try the soup and toasted sandwich!
Was going to try it out but when I seen the beautiful young pup tied up outside in the lashing rain I couldn't, anyone that could do this to someone so beautiful does not deserve to take care of a dog, shame on you.
It says a lot about the company too
I would be reluctant to give this such a high ratings because I might have a problem in getting a table next time. But in the age old spirit of sharing on the net from my earliest experiences when the Whitehouse was the only website in color I am going to let you in my little secret.
This is my fav coffee house in Galway. Situated in the chic seaside resort of Salthill a stones throw from the sea as they say. It would be a worthy stop off point if you are travelling the Wild Atlantic Way as it is exactly the mid point of the route.
With excellent coffee as a given what makes Mocha Beans stand out is the quality of the food. My favorite is the pancakes with lashings of streaky bacon and maple syrup. The staff are excellent too and very friendly and look after your every need.
Nice smoothies, good service. Toilets not so great.
Decent coffee
For Salthill, this is probably the best spot you'll find for a Sunday breakfast. Good selection across the menu. Only down side (may have been a once off) is that they ran out of sausages at 11am for their full breakfasts, not ideal.
Great breakfast and good price
Cute coffee shop, nice setting with some sofas and blankets for the cold :) WiFi available which is a plus!
Good food and coffee. Lovely staff too.
