Poor service and rudest staff! I went here the other day and I will definitely, not be returning! The food is overpriced for which is mediocre and the portions are small for what you pay. There's also additional extras which is not clear in the menu, in which the waiters boost upon you and fail to mention the excess cost. The staff leave you feeling uncomfortable as they rush you to finish your meal, even though the restaurant is pretty empty. Overall it is fair to say i won't be returning here again as there is better authentic Italian food elsewhere!

Over priced, ok if you have a voucher, staff always try push more expensive options such as would you like that on a thin base- but fail to mention that is extra

Pretty ordinary food totally overpriced. Also our waiter was rushing us a few times although the restaurant was less than half full. Instead of having dessert and coffee we went just opposite the road to an Italian cafe.

This is a nice Italian restaurant in Cork. It has a extensive menu and reasonable prices. Great place to start off a night out.

Food was lovely and we really enjoyed ourselves, however our waitress was rude and had to be reminded of items we had ordered on more than one occasion as she forgot to bring them to the table. She told one of my friends that she could not order a glass of coca-cola, no explanation why, just no. She refused to split the bill, again no explanation why and then was bold enough to ask why we did not leave a tip. We did not leave a tip because we weren't satisfied with the service.

The Lasagne almost without meat. Tomato sauce with a lot of chemistry. Small portion. Bad service. Very expensive for such quality. Lasagne 15 EUR. Not possible to pay separate bill. Non ergonomic tables and seats.

This family meal out for pizza was a bit of a mixed bag

First up the positives: we were promptly seated to a comfortable area on the back wall. We all ordered pizza with a good selection for the kids and adults (mix of requirements). My "Calabrese" pizza was a bit of gamble but I was pleasantly surprised (it's super spicy mind).

2 negatives from our visit: the 250ml wine is served as a full glass of wine as opposed to being in a carafe. The wine suffers as a result and I was somewhat disappointed with the choice. The second was my Calamari starter which came out overcooked (any longer on the grill and they would have been burnt).

Will probably be back for pizza (exceeded my expectations for a chain) but will skip the rest next time
