Hard drive replacement in IMac. First time they put faulty HD. After complaint they gave me working one but the computer is loud as a vacuum cleaner and is overheating.
Friendly counter staff though.

Tried to get a quote from these guys and they never got back to me. Rang them a second time and the owner paul told me he was too busy. Well i spent over 1.000 euro on amazon on my PC parts. Terrible service to say the least!!!! Amazon for the win! And they wonder why people aren't buying from stores anymore lol

Handed these cowboys a Sony Vaio Pro 13, worth over €1000.
The screen had smashed and been replaced by someone else, also useless. The original fixer had left a hinge loose and the screen needed to be glued.
After 'fixing' the laptop, which just needed the screen glued, the lid now no longer closes properly, the screen isn't glued properly where the camera is and there is a ribbon cable sticking out the bottom of the lid.
Took it back to them and the guy at the counter was surprised at the poor quality of work. Not so much the 'technician', whose excuse is 'that's the best I could do'.
Absolutely useless, do not take anything to these if it is of value to you.

UPDATE: 21/9 1.25pm. Just received a call from owner of store, unhappy about negative review, took little interest in resolving the issue but just wanted to tell me why he was in the right. End result is the owner 'Mr Maher' threatening to come and visit me at my home at 8pm this evening. What a bizarre method of doing business!
