Ronan handled a house purchase for me and he very efficiently kept the process moving forward at all times. At the start he clearly explained all the steps and costs to me so I had a roadmap of what to expect. Once things started moving he was always quick to let me know about progress or the lack of it and to advise me where I needed to push other parties. I can not recommend Ronan enough, from the first call my partner was put to ease. Ronan was very knowledgeable and professional without being condescending. He would always be contactable and responsive to all requests/ questions. Ronan made one of the most stressful times of our life so much easier. He was upfront with all costs and would explain each step of the process extensively. He would also manage our expectations when the banks gave unrealistic timelines, which made everything much less stressful.
