  Excellent service. Rang them with urgent request on a Friday evening after the birth of our son. Chap called Dylan couldn't have been more helpful. Explained everything that I needed and drove it to my home himself as standard delivery wouldn't have reached me in time. Incredible stuff! Can't recommend enough.

  Brilliant experience from start to finish! I've had amazing treatments in the U Mamma sanctuary and bought products which I would be lost without from Medicare. The staff are amazing and cant do enough for you - from demonstrating the tens machine I rented to offering advice on how to relieve my lower back pain, I cannot recommend this company enough.

  Really amazing service. There was a slight mix up with my delivery (my fault) and an employee went complete above and beyond to try to help me out. I've dealt with them on the phone on numerous occasions and I've found them to be kind and understanding.

  Poor customer service - shipped damaged replacement part. Part in question (Medela connector) is very delicate and arrived crushed in sharp pieces inside an unlabeled plastic sack stuffed in an envelope (not even a box) so not even sure it’s authentic. No labels, nada.
  
  Called to complain and they told me they’re not at fault & to talk to someone else. Refused to concede even though I’d tested the original faulty part numerous times - (even had my husband test it to ensure I wasn’t going batty)
  
  Anyhow - buyer beware- if you can buy elsewhere, do it (ie Amazon)
