Had my car serviced here and I couldn't really fault it. Booked it online via BMW's service page so I knew the cost before I went. Couldn't say they went above and beyond or anything didn't even get offered a coffee. It was about €600 euros for a full service that's all filters oil and a good check. Went to an independent and got the same full service for less than half that using bmw parts. He told me they never changed the pollen filters . Hmmm.
Bought a golf from here before found many things wrong which they did put right but it was a bit of a fight so I didn't use them when I changed that car for a BMW 520d.
I did try to buy from them again this time a 10 reg 520d for cash but again they wouldn't budge on that sticker price.
Went back to them again to change to the 11 reg version (F10) but the sales guy was hopeless. Could not do any sort of a deal with him as he insisted his cars are all at rock bottom prices and he kept lowering the price for my car and going nowhere for his.
I would only use them if I was buying new and you get a price online first. Perhaps that's what they want I don't know but I couldn't recommend them. I love cars and I hate bullsh**t and a dealer who won't do a deal or let a customer walk out without even going through what he might have in stock that I might be interested in showed he didn't care he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. What does that tell you ??.

I've just had my car serviced here for the first time. I must say their customer service was fantastic and second to none. All the staff from the proprietor Martin to the service department were extremely professional,friendly and a joy to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership!!
