Went to pay at the checkout at Patrick Street Cork yesterday. The staff member never looked at me, didn't say hello, chewed gum and proceeded to talk to a colleage with her mouth open. Didn't say goodbye either, no manners at all!

I only found out today they had a cafe here it’s very hidden at the up stairs at the end of the kids section. BEST CINaMiN buns of all time they were still warm better then professional bakery’s fr

Lovely counter assistants. Small home section but still well stocked. Decent men's and women's sections. Women's lingerie was a bit disorganised, their Douglas shop is much better in that regard, easier to find things.
Purchased a lovely mug and a frying pan!

I think I've just about gotten over the fact that this building previously housed the wonderful Roches Stores, however this Marks and Sparks is an excellent department store with a particularly excellent food section. Clothing is typically 'middle class, middle age', with a kids section too which is good. Nice cafe on first floor. Staff are a mix of indifferent and very helpful. Great central location in the city.

M&S is one of the best premium supermarkets in Ireland. Prices, especially when referred to cloths, are not cheap at all. However they offer value for money, and that's more than enough for me!

Personal didn't let me wait for my wife on a couch next to fitting room. No other seats available around - the only chair available was occupied and the closest bench was far away outside of the shop. Worst M&S experience.

Fantastic experience in the bra fitting department of M&S Merchants Quay yesterday afternoon. I have always put off underwear shopping, as it feels like a thankless task. Colette who served me had a passion, dedication and committment to her job that was second to none. Colette and her colleague ensured that each customer left, with their heads and indeed their chests, held high and smugly smiling with our "au natural clevages".Your staff are a credit to your store, excellent customer service.

Superior quality products compared to Tesco and Dunnes. They have a brilliant selection of vegetarian friendly food, including my favourite vegetarian gummy sweets. The clothing and cosmetics department is brilliant too.
