  Didn't get my car serviced. Had a feeling they didn't really want my business. Only spoke to one rep, so don't want to speak of all others. Can't remember his name, but came across little arrogant.

  I`ve bought a new VW with free service option for three years, and I tell you, that place is a joke. On first service, car was kept 2 day just for oil change and wash (which by the way made car dirtier then before was being left at their premises). Customer service representative was arguing with me on every single question asked, regarding annual service and why, car was being kept so long on premises. Second year was the same. Car kept for the whole day just to change oil and pollution filter. Third year was much better, new staff, building refurbished inside, service took 4 h, so not bad at all although I was told that front tires should be changed because of the age (not true- new tires fitted 4000 km ago). That being said it was just only to sale a new pair, 85€ a pop! Brake fluid was also changed but system was not FULLY BLEED!!! And that is not acceptable! MSL is no longer selling VW, and there is probably a good reason for that. Sad. Especially for reputable brand as VW is. Or rather, was

  I cannot thank the staff at MSL enough, in particular Martyn, Liam & Jimmy.
  My car developed an oil pressure fault late on the 22nd December, I emailed their service centre early on the 23rd, and I receive a call once they opened.
  MSL took me straight in and had me back on the road by lunchtime, on a day they are breaking up for their Christmas Holidays.
  
  Great service all round, well done.

  Just had my Hyundai i30 serviced here, fantastic service, great value for money. Rachel was on the ball, looked after me from start to finish and gave me confidence the car was in good hands. They gave the car a complimentary wash and hoover (was a nice surprise!) I will make sure to recommend them, and will be back for any future car needs. Fair play guys.

  An efficient garage who will even loan you a bicycle while your car is in for a service for the day.
