TERRIBLE, RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, COUNTERFEIT, ILLEGAL.

I tried to return a faulty item, less than 24hrs old after getting home and removing the item from its packaging and finding it not 'fit for purpose'.
Clearly a cheap, brittle, illegal, counterfeit, imported product.

The owner refused a refund saying "NO NO, money is now in till"
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and against trading standards.
This man is profit driven and does not focus on customer satisfaction.
