Free! I'm all about the free historical and tourist sites and this one is an easy spot. It's a bank so you can go in if you want but you really only need to see the outside. Read up on Lynch's castle via google first!

It is now an AIB Bank. You can see the building exterior anytime and some of the interior when the bank is open. Not bad, but not really distinctive enough to go out of your way. If you're exploring the city center you'll likely run across it.
