Craig in Locktec came to our assistance after locking the car keys in the booth of a car in Dublin Airport for a customer. Craig was out to us as quick as possible and got into the vehicle without a scratch on it. Got us out of a hole! Thanks again Locktec!

Needed emergency help with door lock that was broken on a Sunday. Out of 10 calls made to '24/7 emergency' Locksmiths, Locktec were the only company who answered my call and responded. Craig was very professional and got to my address immediately and replaced my lock. Will definitely use again if needed. Thank you for such a prompt, friendly and professional service.

Massively impressed with the service promised and delivered. Genuine timeline of events on a Saturday:
4:05pm - called to ask for help was told to text address which I did
4:06pm - acknowledgement of address and told it would be within 30mins
4:28pm - van arrives
4:30pm - door and lock opened and problem identified, replacement offered on the spot
4:35pm - paid, thank you and good bye!
Will most definitely use again. And prices are very reasonable given speed and excellence of service - €70 call out fee and €20 to replace lock on the spot.response / report this review -

This is a come to you service. And it does it very well. They quoted for repair and renewal of locks in the morning and did the work well in the afternoon. What more can they do.? First class.
