  The place was quite good. They have a nice chowder. We stayed for 2 days and the location is great to go for a hike at the Conemara national park or visit nearby Abbey.

  Wir reisen seit zwei Wochen mit dem Rucksack durch Irland, daher sind die Ansprüche auch nicht so groß. Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier. Das Personal ist sehr nett, jedoch hatten wir in unserem Zimmer ein großen Schimmelfleck an der Decke und die Klobrille war schon wohl schon etwas älter da schon der ganze Lack abgeblättert ist. Wir haben uns Frühs das Frühstücksbuffet angeschaut, außer drei Marmeladen,zwei Scheiben Käse gab es ehrlich gesagt nicht viel mehr. Leider kann ich mit den anderen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht übereinstimmen. Und finde dafür pro Nacht 90€ im Doppelzimmer etwas zu teuer.

  Je ne recommande pas avec des enfants. Repas trop " gastronomique" et pas de jardin ni d'endroit autre que la chambre pour jouer. Déçue aussi par le petit déjeuner. Pas de " irish breakfast". Les lits sont forts défoncés, dos sensible s'abstenir. Par contre chouette ambiance dans les communs. On rencontre plein de gens. Le respect du calme à 23h est ok aussi. Propre et simple. Proche d'un magasin et des promenades.

  I highly recommand this place to go eat, the restaurant at the lodge is a hidden secret! The food at this place is one of our top 3 restaurants during our 1 month trip around Ireland. You should try the scallops, they are the best we've eaten so far
