I believe the staff is supportive and helpful. But be very careful by any purchase. I was going to buy sewing and embroidery Brother machine. Unfortunately I bought an expensive embroidery machine only. There was no return possible. Even if the machine was new, unused. Again be very careful unless you waste your money.
