So I was in the hotel on the 7th - 8th of September and a friend of mine and I when to get a chocolate bar from the downstairs pub and one of the workers there followed my friend and I down stairs and asked us what we wore doing and my friend and I being sober at the time told him what we wore doing and he just look at the pair of us and said "right you two back upstairs now or I'll f**k you two out I don't care who's debs it is" and we just said ' we're hugary we're just getting a bar and well go up" and they he started to raise his voice and shouted "GET UP NOW!!!" And we followed what he said and then the rest of the night he followed us all around the hotel and night club I would not recommend this place at all.

Lovely outside but inside did not appeal. Bought 2 G&T's and one glass was dirty, the other had lipstick

It is a lovely hotel, the food is amazing, the rooms are cosy, and the staff are fantastic especially Maeve who is very welcoming! The view is just beautiful, I will definitely be coming back!

Stayed over for business. Nice rooms, great view, good service, the young gentleman john-joe that was serving us was probably the hardest working and friendliest hotel staff member I've ever seen Good stay overall

The view of Lough Ramor from this hotel is stunning, even if its raining. The lobby and bar are tasteful and homely. There is a pool room and the toilets were clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant, and helpful yet they are understaffed. The breakfast was awful, none of us ate it. Evening meal and the beef was like leather, the sauce was divine, the tea pots were cheap and spilled everywhere. A beautiful location and bedrooms were ok, yet the one we had was out dated.
