  From the moment we made the reservation we got such a good vibe from this place. The lady that took our reservation was so nice and professional, received a confirmation text 2 minutes after getting off the phone for that night. There was no waiting time when arrived, the service was fantastic. Our waitress was so nice (never got her name), but she was so lovely to deal with and very welcoming. As for the food, all I can say is it matched our whole experience, it was absolutely fabulous every bit of it, we cannot wait to go back.

  Went to this place with a friend and ordered risotto, ragu pasta and a chips.
  We got wrong pasta and chips so had to wait for extra minutes.
  Pasta was overcooked and the risotto wasn't cooked enough.
  Staffs were friendly but really disappointed with the quality of food and price.

  Very good food at La Cucina, the starters are good, the main dishes are all awesome from the pastas to the pizzas or the risottos. Let's be honest, anything four cheese is to die for (pizza or gnocchis). The desserts are also super good with my personal favourite the chocolate and salted caramel tart. The wine list is also very good, I recommand the white 'suave'. To add to all that, the staff is amazing and always has a nice attention to the customer.

  Great location and loads of space compared to the university one. Friendly and helpful staff too, but when asking for vegetarian specials we were pointed to the fish dishes. What we ate was delicious though. Reviewer who said they weren't full must have appetite of a hippo. If possible, arrive early - when we left at around 19:30 there was a large queue waiting to be seated.
