Incredibly tasty old school French cuisine, quite quick service, early bird menu was well priced too

Sunday night, we were hunting for somewhere decent to eat. We couldn't have found anywhere better. Staff were excellent and courteous, food was amazing. Really recommend this. If you're not too concerned about eating too much good food.

Excellent value for money, the meal was fantastic and chocalate souffle (fondant) was unreal ! I highly recomend this restaurant for casual dinner !

Excellent food, true to French style with an encouraging reliance on local produce. All wines were French on our visit. A friendly team, happy to please. An improvement since changing chefs last year.

The restaurant itself is really nice and the service is good.the salade lyonnaise was delicious however the tartiflette has no taste,really disappointing.I removed 2 stars because of the main meal.I will be glad to come back and the place prove me wrong with the other main meals.

Having heard excellent reports about this restaurant it was Very Dissapointing, Staff were less than friendly. As soon as we had finished one course the next was served far too fast, the starter was fine but served on a chopping bord (they must have no plates)! I had Sea bass for main dish and you could not eat it as was bland and leathery, cheese bord was fine. My colleague had cheese as starter it was tasty, beef, their speciality it was fine and the desert was a fondant not a souffle as was on menu.
Being a quiet evening I expected excellent service, excellent food, and a nice atmosphere we got none. I won't return.response / report this review
