We bought a new house in April & wanted to put our own stamp on it beginning with the kitchen which is situated at rear of house & needed brightening up. My husband, daughter & I visited Kitchen World, Cork & were overwhelmed with courtesy & professionalism from Alan. He took our ideas, listened to what we had to say & drew up a draft that would suit our requirements. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. Alan knew exactly what would work best for us & we were thrilled with end result. We changed things & tweaked around with plans but nothing fazed Alan. We had kitchen in high gloss cream fitted in July by expert fitter Ian. Thanks to Alan in Kitchen World we now have the kitchen we truly wanted. He is dedicated & so helpful. I have been very indecisive about where I should buy my kitchen from. Kitchen World was the first place I visited and I was really impressed with Brian and the other staff there. I changed my mind a few times as I felt I should support a local craftsman. But I kept drifting back to Brian's expertise and amazing customer service, Even when I told him that I was probably going to choose a local craftsperson, he was still very polite to me so much so that after a few weeks I thought "if he is so good at his job, I'm sure I will be very happy with my kitchen. I won't be ready for my kitchen until the end of this year but I paid my deposit yesterday and will post on here once it's installed. Again, thanks a million to Brian and kitchenworld for making me feel that my custom is a privilege.

Excellent experience . We had our Kitchen designed by Bryan , he was very efficient and friendly . He gave us a great design and called to see us when the job was complete . Highly recommend Jason the fitter , a very talented young installer . David and Paul delivered the day before , they took great care to explain what was what .
