Highly recommended. We had a fabulous meal, could not have been any better. Scallops & ham hock terrine for starters, followed by salmon & sea bass then creme brulee and brownies with ice cream. The food was just delish and the staff excellent. Thanks for a really memorable evening. Will definately be back here.

I had a seafood plate that was mostly raw. Not a hint of fishiness in it. It was all fresh as could be. I also had some oysters that were farmed (common in Ireland, apparently) that were plump and fresh. Service was exceptional.

Outstanding! The friendly staff were able to accommodate us even without a reservation. We were lucky, book ahead. The meal (Duck & Seabass) was without a doubt the best we had in all of our time here in Ireland. Highly recommended, not just for the food but also the attentive staff and pleasant atmosphere they have created there.

We randomly walked into that restaurant and it was a good surprise !
Off the main street, a bit less busy than other restaurants nearby.
We tried different fishes, it was excellent ! Good wine selection

By far the best meal of our trip to Ireland. The crab claws were out of this world. Fresh Galway oysters were perfectly salty and well shucked. But the Asian sea bass dish was the best. Lovely service and wine list. Zero complaints.

Super seafood and more. Lunched here recently, over Christmas. Attentive staff, window table, really interesting starter, grilled gambas with chilli's and delicious fish main, hake with chorizo. Dessert was divine, apple crumble with blackberry. Couldn't fault any of it. Pricey, but worth every penny.

The seafood chowder is one of the best I've ever had! And the Connemara mussels were steamed perfectly. A nice little spot just away from the main tourist-congested Quay Street. I recommend a reservation or come in really early. They were turning people away throughout my dinner there even though there were some open tables. Worth it though!
