Fantastic customer service! Mark did a brilliant job and always had an answer to all our questions. I would recommend anyone to get a car from Kevin Egan cars. Mark, we will be back next year for the 7-seater :-)

Absolutely fantastic service, both from Sales and Service. Staff are all brilliant. Kevin knew what I wanted before I even did myself and found me the car of my dreams! Kyle in Service was super, so nice to go to a garage and not feel like an idiot for not knowing the right words for car bits! Sheenagh was great and even arranged lifts for me so I could go shopping while my car was in service :-) Would recommend to anyone and know where I'll be getting my next car if I ever part with this one!

Recently traded up with Cathal in Kevin Egan Car sales, & Cathal could not have been more helpful. Car delivered very promptly in excellent condition. All queries answered very promptly, & was very easy to do business with. I look forward to trading up again with Cathal & kevin Egan Car sales in the near future.

We bought a Renault Scenic from Kevin two years ago and we are still so happy with the customer care and service we still receive from Kevin and the service team in Ballisodare. Would highly recommend to anyone to look up Kevin Egan Car Sales when looking to trade up.

Trade in value over phone was 2000-3000 less than SIX other dealers, and all similar priced cars!!! Well worth trip to Dublin instead.
Edit to reply; I purchased and viewed with two of these dealers, both gave me what I was given roughly over phone. Ignoring all of your lovely excuses, you were simply too expensive in comparison.
My car was a standard clean newer car and your Salesman didn't explain anything like you said, just you wouldn't he near that pricing. If he said I don't want or doesn't suit. Fine. But my 1 star review is fair, as it is my personal opinion for you being too expensive.response / report this review -

We dealt with Kevin Egan Cars last year when buying our Xtrail, and it's no doubt they have excellent customer service. Mark was the salesman we dealt with, and he is surely an easy-going and advising person. We are looking forward to buying our second car from them again this year.

Excellent job done. Aoibhin went above and beyond the call of duty and kept me informed the whole way through. She definitely left no stone unturned and it was a lovely touch that Kevin himself came out to wish me luck when I picked up the car. Aoibhin is one to watch for the future and was a real bonus dealing with a woman when buying the car. A garage can be a daunting place for a woman but having a female in sales put me at my ease the minute I got in touch to look for a car. Hold on to her Kevin. She's a real asset. Would recommend Kevin Egan cars 110%!! 🚗
