The guy that came to measure forgot his measuring tape. The guy that came to do blinds forgot his ladder. The carpet fitter had an attitude problem and neglected to put down underlay that we paid for. The wrong type blinds were ordered. The owner lied about the type of carpet job we ordered. The owner referred to his establishment as faulty towers.
