It was a nice place. The only reason why I am giving it a 4 is because the night club when until five in the morning. They do give you ear plugs, which is kind.

Avoid. This hotel is a busy night club through 4am. Very basic, but clean amenities. No coffee till 730 breakfast service.

Free no-login WiFi available plus complimentary ear plugs 😂👎

At first I didn't understand how this hotel had any bad reviews. I was treated very well, the rooms are modern, clean and spacious, I had lunch downstairs and it was delicious. The workers checked in with me various times to ask if everything was ok. The location is good, the prices are fair. Then I realized it's located above a nightclub and is very noisy at night, if you value your sleep then don't come near here or at the very least try to get a floor that is higher up.

So different to the pics online absolutely devine.. stayed in a family room extremely spacious. Fresh smell. Even though it is above the nightlclub there were ear plugs given. Didnt hear a thing once windows were closed didnt use the ear plugs. Well worth the stay and the money! Will defo be back again :)

Okay, so this was a bust on my side. I thought this is a nice, cozy hotel where you'd go with someone when visiting Dublin.
What i got is a nightclub, that happens to have a hotel upstairs.
So, as a hotel by itself - it is terrible, BUT if you want to go all wild and have a party and brig someone from the club upstairs to your room - awesome!
Party is fun, cheesy 90's hits like darude and krenkraft (irish people don't really have dance club in general, so that's the best you can find) and everyone's dressed for the night.
Room was small, sound proofing non existent, shower not working, lighting poor. Basically party, sleep, leave.
One thing keeps me from posting one star is the atmosphere, it was really pleasant, vibrant and fun. Despite all the things this place lacks, ihad fun?
Soooo, if you want my advice - start your Dublin holliday from here and move onward, it will set you in the right mood for Dublin. Cheers

Amazing room but that's it. The noise from the nightclub is impossible and wifi is super slow. The breakfast is served where few hours before someone spil drinks or else. They almost deny access to the hotel just because they put another name instead of mine. If you are willing to party all night and sleep upstairs, this is your place otherwise avoid it.

By the time we found out this hotel was above a night club it was too late to cancel so partly our fault. However I would say this hotel is only good for staying in if you are visiting the club downstairs!! The thread on the shower head was broken so water shot out in every direction soaking the whole bathroom and the door knob was nearly hanging off. Simple things that would take no time to fix but they haven't bothered. The beds were clean and comfy but the noise was pretty relentless untill 4-5am although they did supply ear defenders!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I would give it a zero rating if possible. Roof leaked over bed and no spare bedding was available. The nightclub noise and street turns into a party street until 5am prevented any sleep. The club is not sound insulated and the rooms are above it. Most other places I've stayed in with bars and clubs in the buildings have proper soundproofing, but this was awful. Staff were rude. Nice part of town, but sadly terrible hotel.

Worst hotel ever. Loud, workers not helpful and they made fun of us beacause we were mad for the noise at the club. Don't come here unless you are an alcoholic that just wants to sleep after clubbing.

Is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed. There is a club downstairs and during the night is very noisy. It is impossible to sleep in such a place. The stuff is not helpful. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I am writing this review as I am trying to get some sleep at the hotel (3:10 a.m.). The music from the Copper Face is way too loud, the staff says that they understand our complaints but there is nothing they can do. I would never call this place a hotel, it is the worst accomodation I have ever stayed. I would not recommend it to anybody over 25, unless you are a party animal. The room is spacious but not really clean. The sink is clogged and the sheets are dirty. The only asset of this place is the convenient location near the city centre.

Friendly helpful staff, rooms are small and fairly ordinary but didn't expect any different from this type of hotel.
Great for convenience to city centre and also very popular nite club in basement so great if you're into that.

The staff are very nice. There's a night club scene, after 10 or 11 and the restaurant is turned into a club which is cool and free if your sleeping in the hotel. If a little noisy will get to you this is not for you, I was able to sleep just fine and didn't have to use the ear plugs they provided. The food in the restaurant was amazing I ended up eating too fast but I'm okay now.lol. The location is perfect for tourists, my wife and I walked to a few places like the archeology museum, Temple bar, whiskey museum, ect. Your not far from from the train stop it's like a 5 minute walk away or taxi that pass by every few minutes. There's a beautiful Park just 1 block away so if you want to jog or just enjoy the scenery. 1 small thing that was a little weird is that there were no room service phones. That didn't mess up my experience cause I didn't find the need to use it.
