Great experience and loved the food. Jacqueline greeted us warmly on Friday morning and arranged a special treat for our son who was celebrating his birthday.

Regularly stay here for work. Exactly what you expect from an InterContinental - everything just right and fantastic staff. Decent pool and gym to relax in and close to Sandymount for a run down the beach in the evening.

Nice building. Nice ambience. Nice location. Nice staffbut they really need to do something about the Guinness. It's been woeful for a long time.

What a lovely hotel. From driving up, to the valet parking, to the check in, the first impressions were brilliant. The staff were really great and very friendly and attentive. Our room had been upgraded to an Executive Suite which was huge! We didn't try dinner but breakfast was lovely. If you haven't booked in advance then ask about breakfast at check in as they give a discounted rate. The hotel is about 3km from the center of Dublin which is walkable or about 12 euros in a taxi. The hotel is in a lovely area though and is my preference to being slap bang in the center. I really cannot fault the hotel in any way. It was a 5 star service in a 5 star location. Highly recommended and I will be back.

I had an excellent stay here. The staff is very friendly and the food was quite good. It's in a great spot in the town as well - we got into a sight seeing bus right across the street from the hotel.

Good city hotel. The rooms vary in decor & standard. The newer rooms are good. The older rooms are very dated. Food is very good.

Enjoyed everything but the valet. I guess they were in the middle of a remodel so some rooms were newer than others. It's not in the middle of the city but it was fine.

I have not stayed here myself, but have only heard great things. The bar, which I frequent more often than the hotel rooms, is quite good. Whiskey Sour + Wild Turkey = Perfection!
