  A real gem on our emerald Isle. House tour very well set up and a must. Gardens and tower a great bonus. Steeped in history. Boat trip over was great too.

  Beautiful italinate gardens, with tea house and Martello tower on a small island in Bantry bay. Entrance fee is 5 euro. Expect to spend about 2 hours there. Multiple ferries available from Glengarrif at a cost of 12 euro. Nice short trip in a really scenic area. You will also pass seal island where there is the possibility of seeing a large amount of basking seals.
