Men taking away rubbish extremely rude. Bins don't get taken and tags not left on bins giving a valid reason why they decide not to take my bin. Customer is always right is not practised at all by them. I wouldn't even want to give these a one star out of 5 none would be my choice. Taking my business else where where customers are treated with respect

Don't take the bins is card board on bin roaring at customers no sticker on the the bins there company is just like what there meant to take rubbish

Excellent reliable service from Higgins Waste and Recycling. All changed now with €6 monthly charge in case OTHER PEOPLE don't recycle properly! Why not just charge by weight only,then larger families pay more smaller less. Your article in Tralee Advertiser today is a joke talking about Recycling Champions and Waste Lovers without taking size of families into account not very professional!
